We're looking for a Community Manager to manage and strengthen the community of our clients' brands.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and publish content across the social platforms of each assigned brand.
- Verify that posts are published on time and report any issues to the team.
- Respond to messages and comments on social media following brand guidelines.
- Build monthly reports on social media performance, community growth, and key metrics.
- Event coverage: post real-time content from events or organized campaigns.
- Monitor news and trends across digital platforms.
- Work together with the creative and accounts teams to ensure flawless execution of the digital strategy.
What we're looking for
- A proactive person with exceptional communication and social media management skills.
- Excellent writing and grammar.
- Creativity and a hunger to learn.
Requirements
- University degree (preferably in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields).
- Meta Business Suite or Community Management certification (a plus).
- Minimum 6 months of experience managing social media in similar roles.
- Advanced knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and social media analytics tools.
