Account Executive

Join our team as a Mid-Level Account Executive.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring client standards are met.
• Coordinate internal workflow, managing orders and making sure deadlines are met.
• Manage client requests, ensuring they are understood and executed correctly.
• Support the finance team with invoice management and collections follow-up.
• Propose solutions to any issues related to service quality.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proactivity in identifying problems and opportunities, and generating effective solutions.
• Experience in client management and delivering high-quality projects.

Requirements

• University degree (preferably in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields).
• 3 to 5 years of experience at an advertising agency or in similar roles.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing advertising campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Understanding of paid media.
