Are you really sensitive to the service you're receiving, and do you understand the effort it can take them to report information to you?
If you don't fully understand the processes and the difficulty of the tasks, you'll perceive the result as poor quality or below expectations.
You should consider that the more novel and different your project is, the greater the effort the marketing agency will have to make to figure out the path. Did you understand the risk that developing your campaign implied for the agency, and the difficulty involved in producing it?
Marketing agencies in Costa Rica must be objective and committed to delivering excellent services across the full catalog they offer. They don't always succeed, and you should make sure the causes aren't shortcomings coming from the client side. It's their responsibility to identify when the problems come from your team as the client.
