
Casio: Find It
During the pandemic, capacity restrictions meant only one customer could enter a store at a time. For Casio Costa Rica, that created a new challenge: long lines outside and the risk of losing customers before they ever made it through the door.
We created Find It, a promotion that transformed the storefront window into entertainment. More than 2,000 watches were displayed, all synchronized except one. Anyone who spotted the different watch won a 30% discount on their next purchase.
One restriction, one window and one big idea.
Keep customers engaged and purchase intent high while they waited outside the store during a global crisis.
With no budget for large-scale activations, the solution had to be simple, visible, and built from what was already there.

What began as a simple promotion turned an operational constraint into a memorable brand experience, keeping customers engaged and purchase intent high while they waited.
The campaign was recognized at the 2021 Effie Awards Costa Rica, earning Bronze in Crisis Response and Silver in Limited Budget, and received a Silver award at Argentina’s FePi Festival in the Online COVID 2020 category.
